I am looking forward to trying this recipe. While I make our bread, family has never enjoyed the bread shaped into hamburger and hotdog buns. Hopefully, these will work out better, and please them. Just for a lark, I'll bake them while I'm home alone, and then put them into a store-bought bag, and see if anyone notices the difference.

I know that to my more educated friends & family, spending the evening making hamburger buns and then watching them cook, seems. . . well, a waste of an evening. They have no idea how fun and delicious it is. Thanks for sharing.

Annie,

How long did you bake yours for, and have any pics of how they turned out? Or did ya'll devour them too quickly? *laughs*

And how were they? I've been looking for a bun/bread recipe that is light and 'squishy', not coarse textured.

Happy Holidays and Thanks! :o)
