		<description>Actually, the kitchen cabinets are in perfect shape and perfectly suited to the house, so I&#039;m keeping them. They could stand a good scrub, and I may get some new knobs (still debating--I don&#039;t love the existing knobs, but haven&#039;t found anything to replace them with), but they&#039;re very sturdy, deep birch cabinets.</description>

		<description>If you redo the kitchen cabinets, I&#039;d suggest saving the doors and all of the hardware.  They don&#039;t take up a lot of space and often come in handy for other projects.  If you can remove the cabinets without destroying them the can come in handy mounted in a laundry room, garage etc.</description>
