Back on the good soil

April 27th, 2009
Erik is back from Iraq.

Erik is back from Iraq.

My husband is finally back from Iraq after seven months. Life is so much simpler now.

It will still be another week and a half before the kids and I see him. We can hardly wait.

Praise God for bringing Eric home safely! We have said so many prayers for him and all of you! Hope the days ahead are wonderful! Eric, thanks for your service to our country. I often wonder how my dad survived World War II on submarine duty. But, he did and came home to start a family and his own business installing and servicing air conditioning – he was the a/c man on the submarine. How’s that for on the job training?
