		<description>great job Annie!! I love canning too!! I have a couple boxes of apples that will be getting canned as applesauce this weekend..as well as a few chickens who will get canned up as soon as they are &quot;processed&quot;..which better be soon..they are more like turkeys at this point!!!
Corn cob jelly is SO good!!!
I loved the kid&#039;s costumes too...great job on those!!

		<description>Anne, those apple peels and cores make excellent apple butter.  Also my grandmother used peach peels and trimmings to make butter with them.  She didn&#039;t waste anything.  I think canning is fun!</description>
