Another reason to knit
As if I really needed another reason, but still… Today we found out for sure that I’m pregnant again! Yippee! So that means lots of knitting, right? I mean, now that I do sweaters, there’s no reason I shouldn’t have a maternity sweater (not that I’ll get to wear it here in the HOT desert). Do you think a knit crib set would be excessive? I’ll think on that.
The knitting of my mom’s shawl is going great. I’m well into the "water" lace, which means I’m about 2/3 done, lenghth-wise, though since every other row adds four stitches, I’m probably only about 1/2 done, stitch-wise. I think my current row has 269 stitches. My goal is to finish the whole thing by the time we get back from AZ, (we’re going for a week, soon) then have it blocked and in the mail by the first week in June.
